With regards to the above incident I write to express my thanks and appreciation for the efforts of your company following the recent emergency. As you are aware considerable inconveniance was caused to the college during this unfortunate incident and both my staff and the college we were very grateful for the support and assistance given by your company to enable the college to open in a relatively short period of time.
